His deep portfolio of bodybuilding training, coupled with his own vast athletic experience, result in a comprehensive approach for all fitness levels. He educates his clients on movement under load, muscle mechanics and harnessing the two concepts for greater control.

From newbies to seasoned power lifters, he shares his knowledge to steer his clients safely and dynamically on their fitness journey. In line with his passion for health and longevity, Anthony collaborates with Scott and Joanna to support our Resilient Humans in reaching their full potential.
