Scott created the Resilient Human method after studying every training, biohacking and nutrition concept he could get his hands on. Natural curiosity and a family tragedy as a youngster motivate him to understand internal health and direct this knowledge to helping others. With a passion that's contagious, he empowers people with sustainable wellbeing so they can celebrate and weather what life throws at them.
His extensive experience across amateur and professional international sports informs his 15 years of coaching, giving his clients expert fitness insight with a human touch. With continued support from fellow coaches Anthony and Joanna, his Resilient Human concept has grown from a dream to a reality.
