As a team of personal trainers and physios at Resilient Human we have built a 12mth online training program to allow you to create a sustainable supported fitness journey that will see you succeed.

Why go for an online trainer? To give you the freedom and support you need from experts to allow you to continue with your busy life and achieve the fitness goals you have. As a team of personal trainers and physios at Resilient Human we have built a 12mth online training program to allow you to create a sustainable supported fitness journey that will see you succeed. 


Online Assessments

We start with a in-depth analysis of you and your needs to create the best holistic approach to your fitness journey. Your 48 point questionnaire form helps us to get the first understanding of you and what you need. On to your online physio assessment via calendly; to help us understand how you move and if you have anything that may impact your progression. Fitness testing time; this lets us understand your physical condition and leaves us with no guess work. Jump on a video chat with your coach which allows us to discuss your expected progress and create solutions to achieve the fitness level you desire.  

 

Client Led, Team Supported

Our team approach means that we work together to help you achieve your goals. Online personal training needs to be just that, personal. The more our team learns you and creates the solutions that work for you, the more you'll be able to control the path you choose. We're here to make your online personal training experience even better!

 

Knowing the Path

As coaches we've been developing online personal training for years, and due to this have designed an online program to create solutions to allow us to keep your costs down and allow for higher support. As we believe coaching is not just giving out programming but being the support for our clients throughout their whole journey. We know this path, we've walked it many times to make sure when offering a premium program we can give you exactly what you're looking for. 

 

Your Results

As we'll be with you the whole journey and we know the path you're about to undertake, we can also let you know what you can expect to see at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of training with us, meaning you know we're not bullshitting because the step by step process is consistently present. 

 

Your Day to Day

Your training will be in your hand via access to TrueCoach personal training app that has all video content and training sessions built in from your Resilient Human team. Day 1 and straight into your daily routines built specifically for you with the assessment with your online physio, this will allow you to stay pain free, and generally move better. Your strength training will take place 3 times per week and will build over the 12 months to see you reach goals with deadlifts, squats, handstand push ups, pull ups, learning animal flow, new levels of aerobic and anaerobic capacity. In app feedback via DM's and video analysis, plus monthly video chats to discuss anything from body composition, nutrition plans, busy lifestyle and general training advice. We're here to help so don't hesitate to ask questions, we've got you covered.
