Resilient Human is the most in-depth online personal training and physio program available. Why? Due to the team that created it. They've spent years with in person training and have now put together an online training program to allow you, the client to achieve the success you'd desire from your fitness journey.
It's time to introduce the fitness professionals behind Resilient Human, and allow you, to know who'll be supporting you from your initial consultation through your busy lifestyle until you achieve the ambitions you set out.
The Physio.
Where better to start than at the beginning of our online program, with our physio Joana Pires. You'll meet Joana in your online physio consultation where she will assess everything about your movement patterns, and build the initial part of our audit to create your successful fitness journey. Joana comes highly regarded in the sports and private sector, as she's worked with the Portuguese Olympic team and with private healthcare since being based in London. Joana knows just how important staying pain free is as she works with martial artists on the daily, due to her personal passion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (ps. brown belt). Finding an online physio that would understand how your body moves and what it takes to heal it any better than Joana would be an impossible task, so welcome to faster pain free living.
The Coaches.
Our first personal trainer is Anthony Waller, and if you've seen him online training, then you'll know just how strong this man is, but he's involved in Resilient Human due to is knowledge of the body and understanding the best ways to protect it and make it stronger. His skillset is what sets him apart from other online personal trainers, Anthony is one of those rare people who can take his experience and apply it to every new person he trains, having improved x100 of clients strength, body composition and continually supporting them along their journey. Guiding them to have the ability to take on all physical and mental challenges they choose. This is why it's easy to find a client to sing Ant's praises.
Next up, our personal trainer Scott Hartley, for years Scott has studied nearly every training, biohacking, and nutrition concept he could get his hands on. Due to family circumstances, health has meant more to Scott than most, and learning that you can't change your DNA... But you can change the outcome. This is what led to create Resilient Human, rather than focussing on one personal training style. Scott's idea to amalgamate parts of different training styles to build the Resilient Human method. As you may imagine this has not been an overnight idea and definitely not an overnight build but many years of thinking about the client and their needs, then trialing the concept with willing clients to bring the right personal training model to market. This original idea, along with the support of Anthony and Joana has become a finely tuned online training program to allow our clients to thrive in todays modern world.
As we're an online personal training business, we of course need a support team, because as many of you know, personal trainers and physios aren't always the best at anything outside lifting, shifting and fixing broken peeps.
The Peeps Behind the Scenes.
Neil Minty, takes on the consulting digital director role allowing our personal trainers and physios to focus on their strongest attributes, creating content and supporting clients. This leaves Neil the fun task of allowing the idea to grow, by taking care of the financials, and strategy. As Neil has taken many companies through their growth phase in the online retail sector, it allows each team member to use their knowledge to support our company goal of creating better health and wellness outcomes for more than just our clients.
If you're an online business, then it's pretty safe to say, you need a website and it's pretty awesome when that person has a focus, but also experience as an online coach in the fitness industry, thanks Micah Dixon. With Micah's skills around site build and SEO, we've managed to build a site that not only looks as it should, function as it should but also helps us be seen by online clients. We continue to work with Micah as we find having someone to help direct our SEO strategy beneficial to our aim for growth and disruption of the personal training industry, but as Micah is a consultant he also creates for other clients, so check him out at Fitcode.Dev.
Last but no means least and actually the second member onboard, Nathan Taylor, our videographer. Nathan has filmed and edited the 100s of videos we have on our Youtube account currently, and continues to have around 50+ per month to deal with as we continue to grow each part of the business to improve our online clients fitness experience. This role benefits the team as it allows the coaches and physios to focus on building the content and meaning Nathan can make us all look good with some special editing.
